Where Is the Love, Kurgan?
" This is how all will know that you are my disciples, if you have love for one another." — John 13: 35 I couldn’t help but notice something today as I reflected on the Gospel. And I couldn’t help but think of The Kurgan . Because for all his talk about being the last real Catholic on Earth, one thing is shockingly absent from everything he writes, says, or posts: Love . Scroll through his Substack, his blog, or his rants on Social Galactic, and try to find one post that radiates love, joy, hope, or genuine concern for another human soul. You won’t find it. What you will find is: Finger- pointing Mocking insults Sarcastic tirades Uncharitable speculation Endless condemnation Character assassination Self- congratulation It’s the digital equivalent of standing in the temple, beating his chest, and thanking God that he is not like the rest of us sinners.
